Dur début de 3ème journée à Bali avec une enfant malade pendant plusieurs heures. Je me suis tantôt bénie d'avoir emporté du Motilium dans mes valises, tantôt maudite d'avoir traîné ma fille dans un pays tropical... Heureusement, après quelques heures la tête dans le seau, un massage à l'huile de cajeput recommandée par un adorable papa balinais qui travaille à @roamcoliving notre actuel sweet home et une longue sieste affalée sur sa mère molle, l'enfant est repartie pour un tour et nous avons pu sortir nous balader un peu et nous réjouir à nouveau de la chance que nous avons d'être ici ❤️. 💭 #Bali, D3. Hard beginning of our 3rd day in Bali with a sick child for several hours. I was at the same time thanking myself for having antiemetic in my suitcase, and cursing myself to have dragged my daughter in a tropical country... Fortunately, a few hours after having the head in a bucket, a massage with cajeput oil recommended by a lovely Balinese dad working in our sweet home @roamcoliving and a long nap sprawled on her soft mum, the child resurrected and we were able to walk a bit and rejoice again of how lucky we are to be here ❤️. 💭 #DigitalNomad #TravelWithKids #Mom #Mum #Motherhood #Ubud #Indonesia #Indonésie #FrenchMum @Roam Ubud

#Repost @frenchmumbali ・・・ #Bali, Jour 2 . Il a un peu plu aujourd'hui. Mais on se fout de la météo quand on déguste une glace et un virgin mojito, n'est-ce pas ? Après des semaines sous la froide pluie parisienne, je LOVE la pluie balinaise. Nous avons fait une petite sieste cet après-midi, nous avions presque oublié à quel point nos corps étaient épuisés après une journée entière d'un voyage épique, 6 heures de décalage horaire, un brutal changement de climat, et nous n'avons pas été à la forêt des singes comme nous l' avions prévu. Nos corps nous ont stoppés en plein vol et nous ont forcé à glander un peu, et on ne va pas s'en plaindre : l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons choisi de venir ici pendant 8 semaines c'est que nous voulions échapper à la folie absurde de notre vie urbaine. 💭#Bali, day 2. It rained a bit today. But who cares of the weather with an ice cream and a virgin mojito ? After weeks under Paris cold rain, I even LOVE Bali's rain. We had a short nap this afternoon, we almost forgot our bodies were exhausted after an entire day of an epic travel, a 6 hours jet lag, a sudden climate change, and we haven't been to the monkey forest like we planned. Our bodies just forced us to stop and chill, and we won't complain about that : one of the reason we chose to come here for 8 weeks is we wanted to escape of the absurd craziness of our urban life... 💭 #Mom #Mum #FrenchMom #FrenchMum #Motherhood #DigitalNomad #Bali #Ubud #Indonesia #Travel #FamilyTravel #TravelWithKids #TravelWithKidsInBali @Alchemy

#Repost @frenchmumbali ・・・ Tellement heureuse et reconnaissante de marcher le long de ce chemin à nouveau, cette fois en tenant la main de ma fille ! Cette photo a été prise par son père, qui n'est plus mon compagnon depuis plus de 3 ans. Mais il est mon coparent pour toujours : alors pour notre fille, nous avons décidé de faire une partie de ce voyage ensemble. Je suis très émue de voir à quel point la réaction des gens est positive quand ils entendent notre histoire. Peut-être que nous faisons un grand pas dans notre parentalité, et je me dis que, d'une certaine façon nous devons partager notre expérience et, peut-être, participer à (ré)inventer la coparentalité ? 💭 So happy and grateful to walk trough this path again, but this time holding my daughter's hand ! This pic was taken by her father, who's not my companion anymore since 3 years. But he's my coparent forever, so for our daughter we decided to do a part of this trip together. I'm very moved to see how positive people's reaction are when they hear our story.
